DEGREE– Ajax Convention Centre, 550 Beck Crescent, Ajax, ON L1Z 1C9
ELIGIBILITY:
Criteria are as follows:
(1) Over 18 years of age
(2) A Third Degree Member in good standing who was initiated into the Order
(First Degree) prior to November 8, 2009.
(3) A practical Catholic in union with the Holy See.
Please note these important cut-off dates.
• The deadline for electronic registration (submission of Form R) is April
20, 2010.
• Forms 4 and full payment must be submitted by no later than April 25,
2010.
EXEMPLIFICATION BANQUET:
The Exemplification Banquet will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Ajax Convention
Centre, 550 Beck Crescent, Ajax, ON L1Z 1C9
A cash bar will be available beginning at 5.00 p.m. Sir Knights and their
Ladies are asked to be seated by 6.00 p.m.
